“As a midwife I can attest to the benefits of HypnoBirthing. Women and their partners that implement HypnoBirthing techniques and education, are more confident and prepared for labor, birth and beyond. They understand the normal physiological and spiritual process of birth and welcome their babies without fear.
I love HypnoBirthing and cannot recommend it enough.”
